I want you to feel happy and confident when you order from WITWOW. Every item is created or curated with care, and I’ll always do my best to help if something isn’t quite right.

✨ If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Faulty

Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. A quick photo helps me understand what happened. You can choose a refund or a replacement (depending on stock).

🌿 Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Once the item arrives back in its original condition, I’ll issue a refund for the item cost. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

🍄 Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital downloads
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Used items
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned after the return window

These exclusions are standard for handmade and digital goods.

🌒 Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel doesn’t arrive, please reach out. I’ll investigate with the courier and arrange a refund or replacement.
